President's New Year Update

Happy New Year, I hope you had a nice relaxed Xmas break. I am looking forward to an uninterrupted football season in 2022.

Our main focus has always been the winter season, it is great to see that we are branching out offering multiple football programmes throughout the year. Whether it is fast football, futsal, skills lab or maybe later this year walking football (WATCH this space), the club caters for all ages and abilities.

Thank you to all the people assisting the club last year, with many new faces.
We have some great volunteers who work behind the scenes that are looking at moving on to other things. They (as well as our other superstars behind the scenes) are happy to support you while you are getting started:

• Meredith hall manager - hall bookings and maintenance
• Committee Secretary (agenda setting, minute taking and be part of committee discussions)
• Gear officer – take charge of the gear team and admin side
• Sponsorship officer – set up and run our sponsorship programme
• Fast football or Futsal coordinator – take on the admin side of these programmes to make sure players have a great time.

 I'm looking forward to seeing many old and new faces around the club these coming weeks and months, come say hi!
