Senior men set their sights on the Bay League for 2025

The senior men at the Blue Rovers are setting their sights on the Bay League for 2025.

David Quirk, the senior men's coordinator at the club says: "We've had a men's Sunday team for years. Playing on Sundays once a fortnight worked really well for the guys who wanted to play some good football with good people, but who also needed to juggle work and family committments. There's definitely still demand for this, but some of our players over the last couple of seasons have been looking for something more and asking about entering a team into the Bay League. With the interest from current players, and a number of senior youth ready for men's football, we think we have a strong core group for next year."

If you're from Greerton, Oropi, Pyes Pa, The Lakes, Tauriko, the Kaimai, Bethlehem and Central Tauranga and looking for senior football in 2025, the club is running an information evening at 7pm on Monday 30th September at the Blue Rovers clubrooms at Pemberton Park for anyone interested in learning more.
